Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Lead Account Executive to manage a concentrated portfolio of the company's largest law firm accounts, driving retention, revenue growth, and long-term relationship health.

You will engage Managing Partners, General Counsel, and senior firm leaders, negotiating multi-year renewals and expansions while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled legal solutions. Travel to strategic engagements will be required.

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying, full-cycle sales experience at enterprise level.
• Experience selling SaaS, cloud, or enterprise AI solutions.
• Ability to negotiate multi-year contracts and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own a concentrated portfolio of large, complex law firm accounts; drive retention and revenue growth.
• Engage senior firm leadership and legal executives; position Relativity as a strategic partner.
• Lead negotiations for major renewals and expansions; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Represent Relativity credibly in executive meetings and industry events; mentor colleagues.
