Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Lead Account Executive to manage a focused portfolio of top law firm clients. You will drive retention, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships in a remote/hybrid setup, engaging senior leadership and aligning with Relativity's AI-enabled platform.

You will build executive relationships, negotiate multi-year contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A strong track record in SaaS, AI, and large-scale deals is required, with the ability to travel for

Qualifications

7+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle sales for large enterprise accounts
2+ years selling SaaS, cloud, or enterprise AI solutions
Experience negotiating multi-year contracts with executive stakeholders
Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders (GC, Managing Partner, C-level)

Responsibilities

Own a concentrated portfolio of top law firm accounts with retention and revenue growth accountability
Expand relationships beyond core contacts to firm leadership and practice groups
Negotiate renewals and expansions with senior firm stakeholders
Lead cross-functional account teams to deliver cohesive account strategies
Represent Relativity in executive meetings, industry events, and panels
Mentor Account Executives and contribute to strategic team initiatives
