Relativity seeks an experienced Account Executive to own a portfolio of Relativity's largest law firm accounts, driving retention, revenue growth, and long-term relationship health in a hybrid or remote work setup.

This role requires leading negotiations for major renewals, expanding strategic relationships with General Counsel and Managing Partners, and coordinating cross-functionally to win complex multi-year deals.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle sales for large enterprise accounts.
• 2+ years selling SaaS, cloud, and/or enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals and long decision cycles.
• Proven ability to negotiate multi-year contracts with executive buyers.
• Strong technical acumen and comfort discussing data and AI/LLM tech.
• Track record building trusted relationships with senior executives.
• Excellent public speaking and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of Relativity's largest, most complex law firm accounts.
• Retain revenue, drive growth, and sustain long-term relationship health.
• Lead negotiations and commercial strategy for major renewals and expansions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product, and others.
• Engage senior firm leaders and industry executives as a trusted advisor.
