Job summary

State of Missouri, Office of State Courts Administrator in Jefferson City, MO, is seeking a Senior Computer Support Engineer to perform enterprise IT tasks across the judiciary, including analyzing, documenting, testing, maintaining, and supporting PC hardware, operating systems, software, peripherals, and communications systems.

You will lead complex deployments, create end-user documentation, and collaborate with users while maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills; travel

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with at least 15 semester hours in computer science or related areas and 3 years in IT systems such as programming, systems analysis/design, or server/software configuration.
• Additional experience above the minimum may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Takes ownership and works independently on assigned problems with minimal supervision.
• Responds to service requests within established time limits.
• Develops and maintains support documentation for staff and end users.
• Maintains court IT peripherals and network devices to support infrastructure.
• Assists in analyzing user needs to design, test, deploy, and maintain software installations.
