Job summary

Ashby is seeking an Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist for the Americas (PST). You will lead end-to-end implementation projects for new customers in a remote-first setting, collaborating with CS, Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a successful go-live and rapid time-to-value.

Role requires strong project management, technical curiosity, and a customer-centric mindset to optimize outcomes across the enterprise segment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing and executing several complex implementation and onboarding projects concurrently in a high-growth B2B SaaS org.
• Ability to work in a remote-first setting with travel <10% as needed for strategic customer engagements.
• Strong understanding of complex, configurable B2B SaaS products and their technical intricacies.
• Customer-centric approach, tailoring implementations to customer needs and building relationships.
• Experience navigating change management processes during system adoption.
• Advising customers on best practices to maximize software value.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with CS, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for new customers.
• Develop and execute implementation plans for the Enterprise segment to ensure fast value delivery.
• Maintain proactive customer engagement and serve as advocate throughout the implementation period.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on progress and resolve issues.
