Ashby is seeking a Mid-Market Implementation Specialist to manage end-to-end implementations for Mid-Market and smaller enterprise customers. Qualifications

• Experience leading implementation and onboarding projects in high growth B2B SaaS.
• Ability to define scope, align stakeholders, and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation for Mid-Market customers (15 active engagements).
• Develop and execute implementation plans to deliver value and positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Ops.
• Travel <10% for customer engagements.
