Job summary

Ashby is seeking a Mid-Market Implementation Specialist to own end-to-end deployments for Mid-Market and smaller enterprise customers. You will manage ~15 active implementations, each lasting 4–8 weeks, guiding customers from kickoff to go-live while ensuring value realization.

This role emphasizes remote-first collaboration, strong stakeholder management, and a proactive advisory approach to help customers maximize outcomes. EST or CST time zones preferred; travel <10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading implementation and onboarding projects in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Ability to travel <10% for customer engagements.
• Strong customer-centric approach and communication skills.
• Experience with multi-module SaaS systems and data models.
• Proven ability to define scope and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation for Mid-Market clients.
• Develop and execute implementation plans with timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and CS.
• Ensure positive customer experience and time-to-value.
