Ashby is seeking a Mid-Market Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end implementations for Mid‑Market and smaller enterprise customers. You will manage a book of about 15 active implementations, each lasting 4–8 weeks, coordinating with customers to tailor plans for fast time-to-value.

In a remote-first environment, you’ll collaborate with Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Ops, while traveling less than 10% for on-site engagements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading implementation and onboarding projects in high growth B2B SaaS environments.
• Ability to manage a book of about 15 active implementations with 4–8 week durations.
• Willingness to travel <10% for customer engagements.
• Strong understanding of analytics, data models, and conditional logic; Ashby knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for Mid‑Market and smaller enterprise customers.
• Develop and execute implementation plans with customers to ensure positive experience and time-to-value.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align progress.
