Job summary

Ashby is seeking a Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist for the Americas (West) to lead end-to-end deployments of our SaaS solution for strategic customers. You will work within the Professional Services arm of Ashby’s Customer Success organization, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that accelerate value and adoption.

This is a remote-first role in PST/MST time zones, with travel <10% as required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing multiple complex implementations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Remote-first work mindset with travel<10% for strategic engagements.
• Strong understanding of complex configurable B2B SaaS products and integrations.
• Customer-centric implementations tailored to enterprise needs.
• Experience in change management and driving adoption of new systems.
• Provide best-practices guidance to customers for optimal value.
• Cross-functional collaboration with CS, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Ops.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to monitor success and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation for new customers in the Americas.
• Develop and execute implementation plans for enterprise customers to ensure value and quick onboarding.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations to align progress.
• Act as customer advocate and coach throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Navigate change management to help customers adopt Ashby's solution.
• Travel<10% as needed for strategic customer engagements.
