PrimeRx.io is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Project Manager to lead multi-region pharma health-tech client deployments across the US. You will own end-to-end projects, ensure onboarding goes smoothly, and partner with product, sales and operations to deliver successful launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing, enterprise software implementation experience.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Experience with API connections, integrations, SQL queries, and data transformation.
• Able to work with both technical and business stakeholders in US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all aspects of customer implementation and onboarding run smoothly.
• Develop and track detailed project plans; set expectations and delegate tasks.
• Coordinate internal resources for multiple projects.
• Track project performance using data and analytics.
• Communicate with customers on project status and needs.
• Lead project meetings and prepare proposals and status reports.
• Manage end-to-end projects for strategic and enterprise accounts.
• Drive excellent customer experiences and post-go-live support.
