Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR/retail operations/workforce management experience.
• Experience presenting in a boardroom and closing enterprise deals.
• Experience with enterprise sales cycles and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of hourly workforce compliance and payroll/HRIS integrations.
