Solutions Engineer with HR tech experience to join our US team and help Enterprise customers transform performance, feedback, and employee growth. In this role, you will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to design solutions and translate HR processes into scalable configurations that drive measurable outcomes for leaders and teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Enterprise Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Customer Success/Professional Services at a SaaS company.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes (talent development, succession, skills, engagement).
• Experience with enterprise SaaS operating systems and HR tech software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives during the sales cycle to uncover business challenges and align the solution to HR, Talent, and senior leadership priorities.
• Prepare demo environments to show prospective customers both technical and business outcomes.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and solution overviews.
• Connect technical features to real-world business outcomes for Betterworks prospects.
