Job summary

• Experience in enterprise sales and client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Sit directly with sales as a credible expert voice in the room and lead prospect conversations.
• Lead product demos for enterprise prospects, tailoring pitches to vertical needs.
• Help build go-to-market strategy for specialty retail and partner with marketing on positioning.
• Speak credibly about payroll, POS, and internal systems in client discussions.
• Gather feedback from prospects and customers to identify unmet needs for product guidance.
• Participate in product roadmap decisions and ensure compliance considerations are addressed.
