Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant with Human Capital Management experience to join our Professional Services team focused on Medium and Large enterprise clients. You will demonstrate the value of Workday HCM applications through pre-sales discovery meetings and product demonstrations, partnering with the sales team to drive opportunities.

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR domain expertise and 3+ years in cloud-based HCM pre-sales, with executive presence and strong discovery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR domain expertise (Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll).
• 3+ years in cloud-based HCM ecosystems (cloud-based applications such as Workday, SAP) in presales or consulting.
• Experience in pre-sales, sales consulting in enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
• Creates detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions.
• Assist in closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services, and training.
• Contribute to the qualification of opportunities, proposed demonstration criteria, POC builds and sales plans.
• Support all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.
• Assist sales in responding to RFIs.
• Participate in discovery sessions with sales to understand pain points and current processes.
• Use in-depth HCM knowledge to provide technical expertise via presentations and demonstrations.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
