Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive net-new business for organizations with 100–5,000+ employees. You will sell a modern, end-to-end HCM platform and services, partnering with solutions engineers and a broad channel ecosystem to close complex deals.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, engaging economic buyers at the C-level and building value across a portfolio including PEO, HR solutions, payroll management, benefits, and retirement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying or complex B2B sales experience.
• Experience engaging economic buyers at the C-level.
• Experience selling to organizations with 100+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business across defined territories (100–5,000+ employees).
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting through discovery, demo, and close.
• Build value across One Paychex portfolio (PEO, HR solutions, payroll, benefits, retirement).
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and channel ecosystem to win deals.
• Own your pipeline with forecasting and deal control through close.
