Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive net-new business across a defined territory, partnering with organizations 100 to 5,000+ employees to solve complex workforce challenges using a modern One Paychex platform.

You’ll manage full-cycle sales from prospecting to close, engaging C-level buyers and coordinating with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and a broad broker network to maximize deal value and accelerate growth across PEO, HR, payroll, and benefits offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying or complex B2B sales experience with a track record of hunting, pipeline building and closing.
• Proven ability to engage economic buyers at the C-level and navigate multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Experience selling into organizations of 100+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business with organizations 100 to 5,000+ employees across defined territories.
• Run disciplined full-cycle sales from executive-level prospecting through multi-stakeholder discovery, demo, and close.
• Build high-value solution bundles or standalone solutions across the One Paychex Portfolio, including PEO, HR Solutions, Managed Payroll, Benefits, Retirement, Merchant Services, etc.
