Cohesity, Inc. is seeking a Director of MSP Sales Acceleration to lead a global team focused on activating MSP partner sales for Cohesity’s data security and management solutions. You will drive enablement, ensure regional coverage, and align partner demand with our growth strategies.

You will partner with MSP Executives and marketing, travel as needed, and leverage AI tools to boost productivity and sales effectiveness within a consumption-based commercial model.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a distributed, quota-carrying channel sales team.
• Proven track record building sales acceleration or activation motions for channel partners (MSP/MSSP preferred).
• Comfort with consumption-based commercial models and partner marketing collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills with productivity ratios and KPIs.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity, organization, and sales effectiveness.

Aufgaben

• Lead the activation and launch handoffs for MSP services and support the partner's sales activation.
• Manage a global team of MSP Channel Development Managers and set regional standards.
• Collaborate with MSP Account Executives to drive end-customer demand across partners.
• Partner with MSP sales and marketing teams to run campaigns and share best practices.
