Lumen is seeking an Account Director Senior Large Enterprise to drive growth across major enterprise accounts in the United States. You will translate customer priorities into measurable outcomes enabled by Lumen’s network and managed services, leading strategic deals from discovery through close.

You will own new-logo acquisition, expand existing relationships, and mobilize cross‑functional teams to deliver value.

Qualificações

• 8+ years enterprise sales with sustained quota achievement.
• Experience acquiring and expanding large or global enterprise accounts.
• Ability to shape complex terms and negotiate with senior leaders.
• Technical fluency to discuss networking, cloud, security and software.
• Strategic account planning and cross‑functional leadership.
• Understanding recurring revenue and consumption models.
• Proven ability to lead high‑value sales cycles.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
