Lumen Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Account Director Senior Large Enterprise Majors to own growth across large global accounts.

You will translate customer priorities into measurable outcomes and lead through modernization, activation, adoption, and expansion using Lumen’s network, cloud, security, managed services, and orchestration portfolio. You will drive discovery with executive, business, technical, and financial stakeholders, shape account strategy, and negotiate terms.

Formación

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with large accounts.
• Proven ability to acquire and expand global enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of business, financial drivers and tech markets.
• Experience negotiating complex product, service, and contract terms.
• Technical fluency to lead discovery and direct specialists.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute a self-directed strategy for a portfolio of large accounts.
• Build qualified pipeline through executive relationships and prospecting.
• Lead complex sales cycles from qualification to close.
• Plan account resources with cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Develop quantified business cases and ROI for modernization.
• Activate channel and technology partners with measurable outcomes.
• Utilize AI/automation to improve research and opportunity management.
