• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• 7–10 years of experience in Sales or related area.
• 4+ years in management leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
• Lead and coach a high-performance sales team in the field.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across a named account list.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
