Amex GBT is seeking a Senior Event Manager to plan and deliver highly complex programs for a dedicated Experience Studio team serving a major enterprise client. You will manage multi-day events with 500+ attendees and budgets exceeding $1 million, alongside a producer who shares strategy and decision rights.

The role requires leading planning, budgeting, and onsite execution while mentoring other event managers and ensuring rigorous cost control and timely delivery.

Qualificações

• Seven or more years planning corporate meetings, events, and incentives.
• Management of programs with budgets above $1 million.
• Experience delivering multiday executive programs for large audiences.
• Ability to lead planning with a producer and manage client expectations.
• Strong hotel and supplier contract skills and negotiations.
• Proven proficiency with enterprise project tools and client environments.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver complex programs from kickoff through onsite execution and close.
• Lead planning with the producer, translating briefs into executable plans.
• Manage program budgets from initial estimates to reconciliation and reporting.
• Create and maintain detailed planning calendars and supplier schedules.
• Coordinate registration, housing, and communications in client systems.
• Lead onsite logistics, staffing, and VIP movements during events.
• Mentor junior Event Managers and share best practices.
