Job summary

ClickUp is seeking an experienced Senior Engagement Manager to lead post-sale strategy and execution for our largest clients. You will own delivery from contract through measurable results, ensuring on-time, on-margin outcomes and demonstrable value.

You will manage enterprise SaaS implementations across the full engagement lifecycle, shape scope in pre-sales, mobilize teams, go-live, stabilization and handover to the account team, while guiding AI adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software and/or services delivery with leadership role.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS deployments end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for delivery and align with objectives.
• Lead engagements across scope, schedule, hours and budget with governance.
• Own governance, kickoffs, steering committees and status reporting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams toward delivery excellence.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies (RAID).
• Oversee engagement financials including margins and recovery plans.
• Guide clients from manual to AI-enabled workflows and adoption.
