You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and client stakeholders, with a focus on measurable value and renewal-ready outcomes. The role emphasizes governance, risk management and executive-facing communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software/services delivery with a lead role.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS deployments from kickoff to adoption.
• Strong grasp of SaaS implementation fundamentals and change enablement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for delivery and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Manage engagement scope, schedule, hours and budget with governance.
• Drive AI adoption and value realization through go-live and renewal.
• Identify expansion opportunities and co-sell with Account Executives.
• Design governance, track delivery efficacy and implement continuous improvement.
• Handle communications around status, risks and outcomes across teams.
