• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and translate business goals into deployment roadmaps.
• Experience leading end-to-end AI or automation implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong governance, risk management, and adoption strategy for AI-enabled workflows.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Own senior stakeholder relationships; align deployments to business priorities, constraints, and metrics.
• Lead discovery to identify high-value workflows; translate goals into delivery roadmap.
• Advise on governance, risk controls, and adoption strategy for AI workflows.
• Manage post-launch relationships; monitor adoption, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify risks.
• Lead kickoff through launch for Certified Agent engagements; ensure scope and timelines.
• Map current/future processes; document requirements and secure sign-off on build.
• Optimize workspace foundations to support agent-driven operations (structure, permissions, reports).
• Configure Certified Agents and workflows; apply prompting best practices.
• Build UAT plans and test cases; validate outputs with customers.
• Drive launch readiness and adoption; enable admins and end-users with walkthroughs.
• Produce customer-ready docs (process maps, prompt rationale, use cases).
