Job summary

ClickUp is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive post-sale strategy and execution for our largest enterprise clients. You will own outcomes from contract signing to measurable results, leading enterprise SaaS implementations across the full engagement lifecycle, including scoping, mobilizing teams, go-live, stabilization, and handover.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams including Paid TAMs, AI specialists, Product and Engineering while maintaining executive sponsorship alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software and/or services delivery experience.
• At least 2 years as the accountable project, program or engagement lead.
• Proven track record taking enterprise SaaS deployments from kickoff through go-live and adoption.
• Strong grasp of SaaS implementation fundamentals: workspace and data architecture, permissions and SSO, integrations, data migration, change management and enablement.
• Comfortable with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery, and knowing which one the client actually needs.
• Executive presence: you can run a SteerCo, deliver bad news early with a recovery plan, and hold a line on scope with a CIO.
• Experience leading cross-functional and distributed teams you don’t directly manage, across client, partner and internal resources.
• Hands‑on with AI: you already use AI to work faster, and you can credibly advise clients on where agents and automation fit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the formation and orchestration of post-sale strategy and execution for ClickUp’s largest and most strategic clients.
• Be the single point of accountability for outcomes from contract to measurable results.
• Oversee enterprise SaaS implementations across the full engagement lifecycle: shaping scope in pre-sales, mobilizing the team, go-live, stabilization and handover.
• Run work-stream programs with Paid TAMs, AI specialists, Product and Engineering, and the client’s project team.
• Act as the trusted advisor to the client’s executive sponsor and the client relationship partner.
• Ensure delivery on time, on margin, and that value is proven to the client.
