Job summary

You will own P&L, oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams, drive delivery quality, and identify expansion opportunities while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Product to ensure measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, professional services, or complex software delivery.
• At least 4 years in a senior engagement leadership, client partner, or delivery leadership position.
• Experience managing large enterprise accounts, ideally exceeding $5M in annual contract value.
• Background delivering AI, data analytics, enterprise platforms, or industrial technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships with enterprise customers, engaging directly with senior executives and business leaders.

This role combines enterprise delivery leadership, executive relationship management, and commercial accountability. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of large customer engagements, ensure successful delivery, and identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships.

• Strong executive communication skills and experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or PMP/PgMP certification is a plus.
