Fivetran is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for our Enterprise and Existing Business sales teams. You will partner with sales to translate complex data replication needs into practical technical solutions for large customers.

You will lead technical presentations, guide proof-of-value activities, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to tailor offerings to Enterprise clients worldwide. This role emphasizes strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data replication, data practitioner, data operations, analytics, sales engineering, or related technical field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand Enterprise customers' business needs and showcase Fivetran data replication solutions to meet outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AEs, Professional Services, BDRs, marketing, and support to own account plans.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations to Enterprise audiences.
• Drive a rigorous proof-of-value process to ensure the technical win.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs.
