Job summary

BECU in the United States is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Data & BI Analyst to advance enterprise reporting and visualization; you will design dashboards in Tableau and Power BI and partner across Marketing, Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Product.

You will mentor analysts, establish reporting standards, and help communicate strategic insights to executive leadership; the role emphasizes governance, data storytelling, and collaboration with BI engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years delivering enterprise BI, reporting, and analytics solutions with dashboards.
• Experience translating complex requirements into intuitive reporting and visualization solutions.
• Working knowledge of SQL and enterprise BI environments, including governance and permissions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau and Power BI for enterprise decision-making.
• Transform complex business questions into meaningful data stories that drive action across multiple functions.
• Gather requirements from business leaders and deliver scalable reporting solutions.
• Champion data visualization standards, governance, and design principles across the organization.
• Mentor analysts on dashboard design, storytelling, and accessibility.
• Evaluate emergent visualization trends and tools to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with Data Management, BI Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure trusted enterprise reporting.
