You will design dashboards, transform complex data into meaningful stories, and partner with analytics teams to influence decisions at all levels, including executives.

You will mentor analysts, establish reporting standards, and explore innovative approaches to make data more accessible and actionable within a collaborative enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years delivering enterprise BI, dashboards, and analytics.
• Experience translating complex requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Strong SQL knowledge and enterprise BI governance experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI for enterprise decision-making.
• Turn business questions into clear data stories across multiple functions.
• Collaborate with leaders, analysts, and engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Champion enterprise visualization standards and governance.
• Administer Tableau and Power BI environments, manage permissions and content.
• Mentor analysts in dashboard design and storytelling techniques.
• Evaluate new visualization trends to improve reporting capabilities.
• Present knowledge in demos and stakeholder sessions.
• Partner with data management and analytics teams to ensure trusted reporting.
