BECU, one of the nation's largest credit unions, seeks a Sr. Enterprise Data & BI Analyst to advance reporting and analytics capabilities.

You will design dashboards, partner with teams, and promote enterprise standards. The role emphasizes data storytelling, governance, and mentoring, with hands-on work on Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric to empower leaders across Marketing, Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Product.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering enterprise BI, reporting and analytics solutions.
• Experience designing interactive dashboards and data visualizations with Tableau and Power BI.
• Able to translate complex business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Strong SQL knowledge and enterprise BI governance experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI for enterprise decision-making.
• Translate business questions into data stories to drive action.
• Partner with leaders, analysts, and engineers to gather requirements.
• Champion data visualization standards and governance.
• Assist in Tableau and Power BI administration and permissions.

• Collaborate with data management and analytics teams to ensure trusted reporting.
