BECU is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Data & Business Intelligence Analyst in Tukwila/remote US to advance enterprise reporting and data storytelling. You will build intuitive dashboards with Tableau and Power BI and partner with leaders across Finance, Marketing, Risk, and Product to drive smarter decisions.

You will mentor analysts, promote reporting standards, and contribute to data governance while collaborating with BI engineers and analytics teams to deliver trusted, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Mathematics or related field.
• 7+ years delivering enterprise BI, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive, scalable reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and enterprise BI environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design dashboards and reporting using Tableau and Power BI for enterprise decisions.
• Turn business questions into data stories across multiple functions.
• Collaborate with leaders, analysts, BI engineers to deliver scalable reporting.
• Establish visualization standards, governance and design principles.
• Mentor analysts and promote best practices in visualization.
