Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) is seeking a Senior Enterprise Data & BI Analyst to advance our enterprise data visualization capabilities. You will design intuitive dashboards, partner with analytics teams and executives, and transform complex data into actionable stories that influence strategy.

You will champion best practices, mentor analysts, and help govern enterprise reporting standards while working across multiple business functions in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years delivering enterprise BI, reporting, and analytics solutions with dashboards and visualizations.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Working knowledge of SQL and enterprise BI environments, including governance and permissions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI for enterprise decision-making.
• Translate complex business questions into clear data stories to drive action.
• Collaborate with leaders, analysts, and engineers to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Champion visualization standards, governance, and design principles across the organization.
• Mentor analysts on dashboard design and storytelling techniques.
