Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Math/Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years delivering enterprise BI solutions with dashboards.
• Experience translating complex requirements to scalable visuals.
• Working knowledge of SQL and BI platform administration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design dashboards with Tableau and Power BI for enterprise decision-making.
• Translate business questions into actionable data stories.
• Partner with leaders and engineers to deliver scalable reporting.
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for reporting.
• Mentor analysts in dashboard design and storytelling.
• Support administration of BI environments and data governance.
