Job summary

BECU seeks a Sr. Enterprise Data & BI Analyst to advance our enterprise data visualization capabilities.

You will design intuitive dashboards, transform complex data into actionable stories, and partner with analytics teams, business leaders, and BI engineers to raise reporting standards across the organization. You will mentor analysts, shape governance, and drive data-driven decisions that influence strategy at all levels, including executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise BI, reporting, and analytics experience.
• Experience designing interactive dashboards with Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience translating complex requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• SQL proficiency; knowledge of data prep, governance, and permissions.

Responsibilities

• Design dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI for enterprise decision-making.
• Translate business questions into data stories that drive action across functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions.
• Champion reporting standards, governance, and design principles across the organization.
