Job summary

BECU is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Data & BI Analyst to elevate enterprise reporting and data storytelling across Marketing, Finance, Treasury, Risk, Product, and more.

You will design dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, mentor analysts, and help set governance standards for trusted insights. You will collaborate with analytics teams and executives to transform complex data into actionable stories, driving smarter decisions and improving the organization’s data culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years delivering enterprise BI, reporting, analytics with dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive reporting solutions.
• Working knowledge of SQL and supporting enterprise BI environments (data prep, governance, permissions, admin).
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
