Coalition, Inc. is seeking an experienced senior underwriter to drive profitable business from an assigned group of brokers, focusing on enterprise clients (~$1B+ revenue). You will underwrite, manage, and negotiate complex accounts while partnering with cross‑functional teams.

This is a remote opportunity that can be based anywhere in the Western US, with a strong preference for Southern California. You will mentor peers and contribute to portfolio strategy and market leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of underwriting experience in cyber and Technology E&O.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite and manage Coalition’s largest and most complex new and renewal accounts.
• Shape portfolio strategy through broker relationships for large accounts.
• Maintain disciplined underwriting files and governance standards.
• Lead negotiations on pricing and terms with risk appetite and carrier requirements.
• Mentor other underwriters to raise underwriting discipline and broker communication.
