Job summary

Coalition is seeking a senior underwriter to drive profitable business from a select group of brokers and partner with the Sales team. You will underwrite and manage products across Coalition's portfolio, focusing on enterprise clients (~$1B+ revenue) while serving as a trusted advisor to brokers and customers.

This remote role can be based anywhere in the Central US, with a strong preference for the Greater Chicago area.

Qualifications

• 8+ years underwriting experience in cyber and Tech E&O.
• Experience underwriting large/enterprise accounts (~$1B+ revenue).
• Ability to explain underwriting decisions at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage Coalition's largest and most complex new and renewal accounts.
• Shape portfolio strategy by managing broker relationships for major accounts.
• Maintain disciplined underwriting files and internal documentation.
• Lead complex pricing negotiations in line with risk appetite and carrier rules.
• Serve as senior underwriting face for priority brokers and flagship clients.
