Job summary

Safe Security is seeking high‑performers to join our AI‑driven cyber risk platform for enterprise customers. Own post‑sale success for SAFE's CTEM platform across five phases, partnering with CISOs, VM leaders, and risk/compliance teams to prove measurable exposure and risk reduction.

You will be the voice of the customer inside the company, manage relationships with CISOs/CIOs and IT teams, and drive key metrics like GRR and NRR while guiding customers toward self-sufficiency and long‑term

Qualifications

• Experience in vulnerability/exposure management, GRC, or a related security domain.
• Ability to communicate technical risk to non-technical/executive audiences.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts through organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Own post‑sale success for enterprise customers using SAFE's CTEM platform across five phases: Scoping, Discovery, Prioritization, Validation, Mobilization.
• Be the voice of the customer inside the company and advise CISOs/CIOs and IT teams.
• Maintain customer relationships and align success metrics across stakeholders.
• Drive GRR, NRR, and value realization; ensure customers achieve measurable risk reduction.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Engineers to resolve deployment issues and share product enhancements.
