Safe Security seeks a technical lead for CTEM deals, working between a customer's vulnerability management team, their CISO, and our account executives. You will prove, with the customer’s data, that SAFE finds the exposures that matter and speeds remediation.

You start as the CTEM expert and will learn TPRM and CRQ to carry any SAFE deal within a year. Remote role across North America with a high-performance culture.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on in vulnerability management or exposure management.
• Experience with scanners such as Tenable, Qualys, and Rapid7; ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
• Fluency in prioritization: CVSS, EPSS, CISA KEV, asset criticality, exploitability.
• Understanding of CTEM phases: scoping, discovery, prioritization, validation, mobilization.
• Clear communication; articulate security risk to CISOs and engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Run technical discovery. Map scanners, asset inventory, ticketing, and remediation workflow.
• Deliver demos built for the buyer; show problem Solved in their terms.
• Own proofs of value; write success criteria with customer, deliver measurable results.
• Win the technical argument; position SAFE vs legacy platforms using customer data.
• Explain exploitability to engineers and business terms to a CISO.
• Keep CRM/presales data updated with stage, blockers, next steps.
• Build reusable assets; contribute to POV playbooks and competitive notes.
