Qualifications

• Ability to translate complex data products into business value.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts, including onboarding and implementation.
• Drive adoption, measurable business outcomes, and renewals/expansion with Sales.
• Build and scale the support operations and knowledge base.
• Design scalable AI-powered workflows and champion AI tools across CS.
