Job summary

Thanx is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to lead a portfolio of the company’s largest restaurant brands. You will manage executive-level relationships, drive renewals, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Support, Product, Engineering, and Finance.

You will work remotely from the US or Canada, guiding multi-stakeholder accounts with strategic plans and data-driven insights, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate outcomes and scale impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a strategic customer-facing role on enterprise accounts.
• Able to direct cross-functional partners toward outcomes, not just tasks.
• Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Startup environment experience where process was evolving.
• Fluent with AI tools and applying them to decisions in real time.
• Experience owning renewal and expansion conversations, including with procurement and finance.

Responsibilities

• Account strategy: set direction for your accounts and defend it with senior stakeholders.
• Cross-functional leadership: define needs, explain impact, and drive execution.
• Renewals: own full cycle end to end, including negotiations with Finance and VP Customer Success.
• Champion development: grow internal advocates who carry Thanx inside their organization.
• Growth: identify underperforming accounts and build plans with senior buy-in.
• AI-augmented account management: use AI daily across planning, health monitoring, and renewal prep.
