Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a Gemini Enterprise CX Sales Specialist to expand the Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience. You will cultivate executive relationships, identify AI use cases, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth and implement customer experience solutions.

You will collaborate with AI Sales Specialists, Cloud Field Sales, and Engineers to advance GTM strategies and develop business cases for transformation. Strong executive engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of sales experience in enterprise software, cloud, or AI space.
• Experience identifying AI use cases to solve customer issues or selling CX/AI technology to clients.
• Experience engaging with executive leaders and building relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the Gemini Enterprise for customer experience subject matter expert.
• Manage objectives and key results to deliver against quota and forecast the state of the business.
• Collaborate with Google Cloud teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive pipeline.
• Identify AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions for customers.
• Articulate differentiators and measurable business impact to client executives.
