Job summary

Google Cloud Platform is seeking a Gemini Enterprise CX Sales Specialist to expand the Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) business and strengthen senior-level customer relationships across the United States.

You will collaborate with AI Sales Specialists, Cloud Field Sales, Customer Engineers, and cross-functional teams to craft compelling business cases, drive go-to-market plans, and identify AI-driven opportunities that unlock measurable value for large enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software, cloud, or AI space.
• Experience identifying AI use cases to solve customer issues or selling customer experience technology to clients.
• Experience engaging with, presenting to, and building relationships with executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the Gemini Enterprise for customer experience subject matter expert, manage business cycles, identify suitable use cases for Google Cloud solutions, and influence the long-term direction of your accounts.
• Manage objectives and key results to deliver against quota and achieve or exceed business and growth goals while accurately forecasting and reporting the state of the business for your assigned territory.
• Work with Google accounts and cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies, drive pipeline, understand the customer, and provide excellence prospect and customer experience.
• Assist customers in identifying GECX and AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions.
• Articulate key solution differentiators and the measurable business impact.
