Job summary

Google Cloud's Gemini Enterprise CX Sales Specialist role focuses on growing the Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience business by building executive relationships and expanding AI-enabled solutions for customers across the US.

You will partner with internal Google Cloud teams and external partners, identify high-impact AI use cases, and drive cohesive go-to-market strategies to deliver measurable value while aiming to exceed quotas and foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in enterprise software, cloud, or AI sales.
• Experience identifying AI use cases to solve customer issues or selling AI technology to clients.
• Experience engaging with executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the Gemini Enterprise for customer experience subject matter expert.
• Manage objectives and key results to deliver against quota and forecast the state of the business.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive pipeline.
• Assist customers in identifying GECX and AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products.
• Articulate key solution differentiators and measurable business impact.
