Job summary

Google is seeking a Gemini Enterprise CX Sales Specialist to grow the Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience business. You will cultivate executive relationships, identify AI use cases, and partner with internal teams to drive growth and implement CX solutions for customers.

You will collaborate with Google Cloud sales, Customer Engineers, and product teams to expand opportunities, shape go-to-market strategies, and deliver measurable business impact across accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software, cloud, or AI space.
• Experience identifying AI use cases to solve customer issues or selling customer experience technology to clients.
• Experience engaging with, presenting to, and building relationships with executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the Gemini Enterprise for customer experience subject matter expert.
• Manage objectives and key results to deliver against quota and forecast the state of the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive pipeline.
• Identify suitable AI use cases for Google Cloud solutions and influence long-term account direction.
• Articulate differentiators and measurable business impact to customers.
