• Proven track record in delivering and scaling customer experience.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture C-Level relationships to ensure retention and ROI.
• Design proactive success plans and strategic business reviews with clear KPIs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product to resolve escalations.
• Surface feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify renewal risk and drive expansions.
