Job summary

TALENThire LLC. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive / Account Manager to win new business and expand strategic enterprise relationships in a cloud-based voice and communications context.

The role focuses on IP-based cloud communications, telecom, or related voice technologies and requires a hands-on, driven sales professional. You will drive revenue growth, build executive-level relationships, and manage complex enterprise sales cycles across multinational accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful enterprise sales or strategic account management experience.
• Demonstrated success in new-logo acquisition and enterprise revenue growth.
• Experience selling IP-based cloud communications, voice, telecom, CCaaS, CPaaS, or related solutions.
• Strong understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with senior executives.
• Experience expanding multinational or multi-location accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive new enterprise customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Identify and close new business opportunities within complex enterprise environments.
• Expand relationships and revenue within existing global enterprise accounts.
• Build executive-level relationships across multiple stakeholders and business units.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and opportunities through Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal technical, operations, and customer success teams.
