Job summary

Marvin seeks a Manager of Change Management in Minnesota to design and drive employee-focused change strategies across complex transformations. You will partner with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to boost adoption and organizational effectiveness while minimizing disruption.

You will lead engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption across initiatives, mentor practitioners, and help Marvin strengthen its change capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of change management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives across multiple initiatives.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives affecting employees, leaders, processes, and systems.
• Lead change planning and execution across initiatives including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Coordinate portfolio-level change impacts, capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and major decision points.
• Partner with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to align change efforts with business priorities and milestones.
• Assess organizational impacts, readiness, risks, stakeholder needs, and adoption barriers to inform engagement and mitigation.
• Establish and monitor change effectiveness measures using qualitative and quantitative data.
