Job summary

Marvin in Warroad, MN is seeking a Manager of Change Management to develop and execute employee-focused change strategies supporting complex transformations. You will partner with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive adoption, improve organizational effectiveness, and help employees navigate change.

You’ll lead communication, readiness, training, and adoption efforts across initiatives while mentoring practitioners and strengthening Marvin’s change capability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives across complex transformations.
• Professional certifications such as PROSCI, PMP, CCMP or equivalent.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, analytical and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives affecting people, processes, and systems.
• Lead change planning and execution across multiple initiatives including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement.
