Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manager of Change Management to develop and execute employee-focused strategies supporting complex transformations. You will partner with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive adoption and improve organizational effectiveness.

You’ll lead change planning, communications, training, readiness, and adoption across initiatives while mentoring practitioners and strengthening Marvin’s change capability. Relocation offered to Warroad, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, HR, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in change management or organizational development.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives across complex transformations.
• Demonstrable success driving change strategies, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and adoption.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives, programs, and transformation efforts affecting employees, leaders, processes, and systems.
• Lead change planning and execution across multiple initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Coordinate change impacts, capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and major decision points across initiatives at portfolio level.
• Partner with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to align change efforts with business priorities and program milestones.
• Assess organizational impacts, readiness, risks, stakeholder needs, and adoption barriers to inform engagement and mitigation strategies.
• Establish and monitor change effectiveness measures using qualitative and quantitative data to drive improvements.
• Mentor change practitioners and strengthen Marvin’s change management capabilities.
